Top senior business analyst is needed for a renowned SA investment company located in the Johannesburg CBD.
The company has been around for 60 years and it continues to grow into its further success. You will be working and liaising amongst stakeholders and recommending solutions that help the organisation achieve their goals.
You’ll be working for one of the top Investment companies in SA that also invest in property. Once you work for them you’ll be in a stable and exciting environment working on a variety of projects.
Minimum Requirements:
- Related degree
- Five years of business analyst experience
- Three years of business process modelling experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and facilitate user acceptance testing (e.g. test plans, text cases and test execution)
- Work collaboratively with the customer to develop business requirements (e.g. user requirements specifications)
- Facilitate sharing of best practices – identify and drive productivity improvements
- Promote internal/external customer satisfaction and build strong customer relationships
- Analyse and design new business processes and organisational structures to support business requirements
- Direct and participate in the functional specifications of applications
- Review test approach and test cases, test plans to ensure coverage of relevant business scenarios. Participate in testing to ensure that business requirements have been met
- Engage with stakeholders to produce business requirements definition (BRD) and business requirements specification (BRS)
- Create business process models, analyse models, and identify variances from operational and performance requirements
- Act as subject matter expert by assisting with investigations, business impact and benefits analysis, and updates on the business case
- Assist with benefit realisation reviews
Qualifications:
- BSc computer science or information systems, BCom or equivalent
