FOR 2017 GRADUATION CEREMONY

  1. To be completed by FINAL YEAR STUDENTS who have fulfilled all the requirements for the diploma/degree including theory and in-service training where applicable.
  2. The form must be returned to the Examinations Office on or before the end of February 2017.
  3. Documentary proof of in-service training must be furnished where applicable.
  4. Diploma/Degree certificates of students owing fees, books and other University property will be withheld.
  5. A Certified copy of ID must be attached.
