Metropolitan Health Contact Center Learnership Programme

If you expect to get a NQF level 3 for contact center support and if you expect to become MH employee once the learnership programme over, this learnership programme is for you (if you are a disability person, you are allowed to apply as well). However, there are some terms and conditions to join for Metropolitan Health contact center learnership programme so that you can successfully enter this learnership programme. Speaking of which, the requirements to meet for this learnership programme are; a 12 grade for English and for another language (official language) and you know how to deal with MS Office.

The other requirements to require are; Math Lit. (min. D symbol), South Africa citizen, you are around 18 or 35 years old, you are not join another institution or recent learnership programme and have flexibility to reach the workplace. The next thing is about the skill you should have when you apply for Metropolitan Health contact center learnership programme, they are; (1)self-assured and self-management, (2) solution seeker and self-motivated, (3) you are both innovative and creative, (4) have no problem with under pressure environment, (5) know to handle information and many more. In addition, if you are a shortlisted applicant, there are some further check-ups such as; references, qualification, ITC and criminal.

Then, if you becomes a successful applicant, here are some things you are responsible to; able to attend both practical and theoretical classes, finished the logbook for your workplace based training, submit Portofolio of Evidence to SETA, showing your understanding toward company products, displaying capability to work with companya’s system that relates to Metropolitan Health and many more. The learneship programme which reaches its closing date on January 16th 2015 will be held on Cape Town (CBD), Pretoria (Arcadia), and Johannesburg (Braamfontein). Addition, the interview will be held in the same time also. Once you become the successful learners, be sure you are available for the programme dated from March 1st 2015 to February 28th 2016.
