Microsoft Interns4Africa Traineeship Programme

Interns4Africa traineeship programme is a development skill program that is designed by Microsoft with the aim to assists talented youth of South African to accelerate their chance to have better future. The traineeship programme allows its trainee to enhance their skill to kick start their future in six months that is considered as full time work. Not to mention, potential trainees will have chance to do real project with Microsoft partner organization. Who can take benefit for the traineeship? Practically anyone who meet the requirements, however, in the case you set your future career into marketing, technology or sales, this traineeship programme is a huge help.

During Interns4Africa traineeshhip programme, the traineeship is split in two parts. The first part of traineeship programme will take four weeks where potential trainees will be exposed with latest Microsoft training that covers both Microsoft products and Microsoft solutions, and also skill for practical business. Whilst for the rest of the traineeship there will be additional work-based training that is relevant with the place where you are stationed while attending the traineeship programme. Sounds good for you? Skill development aside, potential trainees will obtain stipend.

Nevertheless, only those suitable applicants who; (1) able to attend the traineeship in six month completely, (2) hold grade 12 or matric certificate with an A+ certification, (3) stay in Johannesburg, Gauteng or they can accommodate themselves to attend the traineeship program that is located in Johannesburg, and (4) have right and permission to work in the country where they stay– they can apply for the traineeship.
