Job description

Our client is one of the largest and most renowned advertising agencies in Cape Town who hold a variety of big brands throughout South Africa as their clients. They are currently looking for a Mid-Level Web Designer to join their team. The successful candidate will be providing Web Design work for the account of one of the largest retailers in South Africa.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a large agency with great growth and development opportunities, whilst working in some of the coolest and trendiest office spaces in Cape Town.

The successful candidate will be:

• Working with the print Art Directors to come up with digital ideas.
• Translating print artwork to digital eg. web banners, facebook posts, paid media banners, etc.
• Making sure work sticks to templates and CI.
• Testing new technologies for inclusion in website design.
• Presenting initial design ideas to clients.Working with the print Art Directors to come up with digital ideas.

Requirements

Educational:

• Tertiary education – Web Design

Experience:

• Must have experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Three to four years of work experience in digital

 

Advantageous

• Has experience with Front End Development.
• Has experience in a fashion.
