Brief Description
This role focuses on managing a portfolio of existing clients by providing Investment consulting services. The role requires the incumbent to build and maintain relationships with clients and in so doing retain existing client business and have a strong focus on growing the Implemented Consulting business by signing up new clients. The role focuses on strengthening OM Corporates position in the market through an advice led approach. The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts, over periods of 3 months to a year.
KRA’s
· Builds and manages a strong new business pipeline with a strong emphasis on rolling out the Targeted Retirement Outcomes (TRO) offering
· Manages and delivers consulting and advice services according to contracted service levels.
· Provides investment consulting services to existing clients.
· Develops consulting and account development strategies for clients in the portfolio.
· Responsible for retention and growth of business against targets.
· Markets new and enhanced products and services to clients.
· Manages take on of new clients.
· Provides input to OM Corporate so as to enable product and services to be enhanced and developed.
· Builds, maintains and manages client relationships.
· Develops, leads and manages junior staff.
· Meets overall OMCC objectives by supporting team members
