The Assemblage Artist Run Centre has a studio in its highly sort after space becoming available in February 2017. Artists wishing to be part of this vibrant and exciting community apply now!
Available studio details:
1 studio / R2700/month / 27sqm
Rent includes water, lights, security, cleaning, Internet, 24 hour access, basic furniture, a growing library, some art making resources, priority access to Assemblage activities, a vibrant artistic community and a large network of art audiences.
The Assemblage Studios is a space run by artists for artists and offers studio spaces and support facilities for artists. It is a central hub for visual artists working in a variety of media (including painting, sculpture, photography, curating, writing, video and printmaking) and emphasises community, collaboration, sustainability and the sharing of resources, knowledge and skills. Resident artists can benefit from Assemblage’s peer mentoring group sessions, workshops and talks, professional practice training, and exhibition opportunities which are held at the Studios.
