Minimum Requirements:
- B Degree / Diploma in Quality Management / Marketing and Administration
- 3 years’ experience in quality management
Core Responsibilities:
- Apply total quality management tools and reporting processes
- Maintain procedures for the development of a quality program, implement, maintain and ensure that products and services meet standards
- Conduct compliance evaluations and manage the quality assurance processes for the department
- Assist in the development of the ISO 9001 certification of various departmental processes
- Coordinate and manage the business processes mapping and re-engineering
- Coordinate the quality management audits
- Ensure that completed work adhere to governance and legislative requirements
- Adhere to specified standards, policies and SOP’s to prevent and reduce wastage on financial resources and escalate associated risk
