Queensburgh Girls’ High School Fee Payment and Procedure: 2017

At the General Finance Meeting held at the school , the fees and fee structure was approved by all the parents present.

With regard to the payment of fees, please refer to Section 41 of the South African Schools Act 84 of 1996 where it is stated that by law parents who are liable are required to pay school fees set by the Governing Body and approved by the parent body.

The school is already committed to certain costs for the academic year.  You are reminded that the full fee is payable in advance (at the start of the school year).  However, the following options have been approved as methods of payment:

1.    Lump sum: A once-off payment with a fee discount on a sliding scale as follows:

Full payment received by 31st January 2017               10%  discount

Full payment received by 28th February 2017            7,5% discount

Full payment received by 31st March 2017                 5 %  discount

2.    Debit Order: Should you choose to pay by debit order this facility will consist of 10 payments from the end of February to the end of November 2017.

3.    Direct banking or Internet transfers: this will consist of 10 monthly payments from January to the end of October 2017.

All cash payments must be paid directly into the school’s bank account.

PAY YOUR SCHOOL FEES. IT’S THE RIGHT THING TO DO.
