Job description

Go2Africa is looking for rates and data administrators!

In this role, you will support our Sales and Marketing teams by providing a high-quality procurement, cost calculation, data capture and information management service, pertaining to supplier related material used by Go2Africa. The role requires maintenance and management of the supplier related information on any and all of Go2Africa’s data management systems.

Key performance areas

  • Timeous procurement of supplier product, rates and contractual information
  • Ability to read and comprehend supplier rate provisions and agreements
  • Ability to comply with established processes and procedures, both manual and systems/automated
  • Ability to translate and transfer data relating to supplier rate provisions and agreements onto automated systems in a manner that meets business requirements and end-user needs
  • Timeous and accurate capture of supplier rates and information
  • Effective administration and portfolio management
  • Portfolio status reporting
  • Team and inter-departmental support service

Requirements

  • Minimum two years data capture – preferably in a tourism environment
  • Product costing – rates management
  • Travel industry experience
