- Manage the Retail and Wholesale operation
- Responsible for ensuring that the nightly retail operation processes are completed within agreed timeframes and standards (night and day shift)
- Responsible for ensuring that the daily wholesale operation processes are completed within agreed timeframes and standards (night and day shift)
- Investigation of differences and incidents
- Responsible to review and evaluate deposit and order processes to increase efficiencies and reduce risks
- Responsible for managing the resources necessary to successfully run the Retail and Wholesale deposit and order staff, equipment
- Responsible for the financial management of the Retaila and Wholesale expenses and staff costs
- Monitoring of security on premises
- Ensure staff are managed, guided and developed
