Black Pen Consulting offers an exciting opportunity for career starters in the social media/marketing field.

Black Pen Consulting is an expert business consultancy specialised in the business process outsourcing and foreign language support sector, with our own in-house recruitment and immigration division. You will help to promote Black Pen’s services on various platforms and develop your own marketing strategies to help grow the business.

The position is an amazing opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and will help you develop your skills in social media marketing.

Requirements:

Excellent knowledge of popular social media, e.g. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn
Qualification or previous experience in online and social media marketing highly advantageous
Good computer and internet literacy
Graphic design or ghost writing skills advantageous
Good oral and written communication skills as well as good email etiquette
Fluent written and spoken English with an ability to communicate professionally
Other South African or foreign language skills advantageous
Original, creative, imaginative and resourceful mindset
Team player

Key responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media marketing strategies
Research new marketing channels
Update and maintain the company’s various online presences
Update and maintain job adverts on different platforms
Create informative content on current developments for our websites
Participate in HR activities and help wherever needed in recruiting cycle
