Do you have three to five years of IT experience including remote support technologies? Have you worked in a variety of different client environments? Do have your own transport to get you around?
I am looking for someone who checks those boxes and also has the following skills:
- Implementation and administration of Microsoft Exchange
- Microsoft Active Directory administration and support
- VMware virtualisation technologies or other hypervisor experience
- Citrix Xen app and remote desktop services
- Understanding of router and firewall technology
- MSP platform experience would be of benefit
- Understanding and experience with backup technology
