TUT Important Information on 2018 Accommodation

Students currently residing in TUT Residences
​​All current residents, who want to return to the residence in 2018 do not have to apply. Their residence spaces will be automatically be reserved and they must register for residences before 26 January 2018 if they meet the requirements.
Further information will be made available in the residence.
STUDENTS CURRENTLY RESIDING IN ACCREDITED STUDENT ACCOMMODATION
All students currently residing in accredited accommodation, who want to return to the same accommodation in 2018, should indicate this to the accommodation provider before Friday, 10 November 2018.
Students will be able to move into the same accredited accommodation provided that they have registered academically by Wednesday, 31 January 2018 and report to the accredited accommodation with their proof of academic registration on 1 and 2 February 2018. After these dates spaces in accredited accommodation will be no longer be reserved.
Further information will be sent to students currently residing in accredited accommodation before the end of October 2017.
OTHER STUDENTS INTERESTED IN ACCOMMODATION FOR 2018
(students currently not residing in a TUT residence or accredited accommodation)
These students should report to the offices of Residence Administration from 31 January 2018, only after they have registered academically. (At distant campuses these students should report to the residence advisor.) They need to report with their
    • Proof of academic registration; and
    • 2017 academic record.

These students will be placed on a waiting list on a first-come-first serve basis.
