Unemployed Fitting Apprenticeship 2017
MAHLE Behr has a developmental position for an unemployed fitting apprenticeship with a limited duration contract of 24 months.
MAHLE Behr South Africa is an automotive component manufacturer, specialising in air conditioning and engine cooling products for both passenger and commercial vehicles.
Based in the New Germany (Durban / KwaZulu Natal), Maintenance Department, reporting to the Maintenance Managers and supervised by exerienced Artisans.
Fitting training will be provided at an accredited Centre.
Apprentices will rotate between training and work place experience through a structured block release programme.
A monthly stipend will be paid to Apprentices in accordance with Motor Industry rates.
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications and experience:
• No experience in the Maintenance function is required.
• Full N3 Mechanical OR a S1 Mechanical OR an NCV 4 Mechanical
