Undergraduate qualifications: higher certificates, diplomas & degrees, advanced certificates, advanced diplomas, Postgraduate Certificate in Education & BTech degrees:
14 August – 29 September 2017

Honours and postgraduate diplomas & master’s and doctoral degrees:
11 September – 13 November 2017

Undergraduate qualifications

Everyone who wants to start a new qualification must apply for admission, including first-time Unisa applicants and Unisa students applying for a new qualification.

Semester 1 applications:
14 August – 29 September 2017

All applications for admission must be submitted online during the prescribed application period.

Applicants who plan to enrol for classes at a Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) college under the Unisa-TVET agreement may apply via the relevant TVET college or at Unisa via the online or self-help options.
