University of Zululand NSFAS 2017 Details

Applications now open for First Year Students(Extended Deadline 9th – 20th January 2017)

All matric students that need financial support must now apply directly to NSFAS for financial assistance with the following documentation that will need to be scanned and sent to NSFAS or posted to Private Bag X1, Plumstead, 7801.

  • Matric Certificate
  • Identity Document/Birth Certificate
  • Proof of parents income (If parent/s employed)
  • Death Certificate/s (If parent/s deceased)
  • Doctor’s Certificate (If permanently disabled)

 

You will be notified by SMS/post once NSFAS has received and registered your detail after you created a My NSFAS Account. If not, please Call 0860067327.

To apply on the NSFAS website, you will be required to register first and create your personal online account (My NSFAS Account), and then proceed to fill and submit the application form online. You may need about 30 minutes to complete this online process, and must also have scanned copies of the following required attachments:

  • Matric Certificate
  • Identity Document/Birth Certificate
  • Last Academic Results
  • Proof of parents income (If parent/s employed)
  • Death Certificate/s (If parent/s deceased)
