Remuneration:	Basic salary
Location:	Cape Town, Paarl
Type:	12 months

Monthly fixed salary including leave

A consulting opportunity exists for an experienced scrum master to join their consulting team. This team is currently operating in Paarl and servicing large financial services industries.

The role requires an experienced Scrum Master with excellent communication and presentation skills to ensure the scrum is understood and enacted, ensuring the team adheres to the scrum theory, practices and rules.

Skills and experience:

Requirements:

Solid background in scrum, Kanban and general software development practices
relevant qualifications/certifications
Must be open to feedback, both positive and negative
Understand the value of commitments made by a development team and enable the team to deliver on this commitment
