Our Client, a leader in sustainable forestry management has a career opportunity for a WETMILL SENIOR SUPERVISOR, based at one of their plantations 55kms outside of Umtata. Housing is provided.
The successful Candidate:
- Must have a matric certificate
- Must have a National Diploma in Wood Technology
- Must have 2-3 years’ experience at senior supervisory level in a sawmill environment
- Must have a thorough understanding of the Wetmill production processes
- Must have strong leadership skills
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be willing to work extended hours from time to time
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Must be able to meet strict deadlines
