2018 / 2019 Student Internship At PPPECB

PPPECB operates within a unique space and exposure to this industry is not common to find. These workplace experience opportunities will afford new entrants to the workplace the chance to experience this industry from a reputable company that is growing fast and looking into employing new technologies to improve processes and provide customers with superior service.


The student’s experience within the company will broaden their knowledge of Agriculture Sector and award them Education of youth unemployment as envisaged in National Development Plan. PPECB will empower the student to further their workplace skills and for them to build a career in Agricultural Sector.

  • A student intern will work under the supervision of a Senior Inspector who meets the educational and work-related qualifications required by the institute.
  • A student intern will be provided with all the equipment needed to complete to execute their work.
  • A student intern is expected to follow the guidelines of PPECB`s policy and procedure and is expected to participate in the orientation session facilitated by a Skills Development Facilitator.

Job Requirements
Students should be in their final year of studying towards a qualification in the areas noted below and the Internship should be a requirement for them to fulfil the requirements to obtain their qualification.

  • Agricultural Management
  • Environmental Health
  • Food Technology
