THUPELO CAPE TOWN INVITE APPLICATIONS (OPEN CALL 2017)

Thupelo workshops are artists led and were initiated in response to a need for interaction between artists. This workshop will include up to 15 artists from around the world; all with experience in their various practices and able to experiment, exchange knowledge and expand their ideas. In addition to communal working space, facilities for this workshop include a printmaking studio and a computer lab.

Note:

The workshop is not suited for digital arts as it does not have the facilities for it. it is ideal for performance, printmaking, painting and sculpting/ 3D work. We cannot cover accommodation costs.

Thupelo will cover the following:

• production material
• breakfast and lunch
• per diem for transport within Cape Town
